A Bouncy Castle is the sixth episode of Postman Pat: Special Delivery Service and Season 6. It was first shown on Monday 6th October 2008 and was written by Denise Cassar.
Plot[]
Postman Pat is delivering plasters to Michael, who wonders if he ordered to many. Just then, Ben calls Pat, saying he has a special delivery.
Pat and Jess meet up with Ben at the sorting office, but they are not sure what the special delivery is or who it is for, only that it makes a weird sound. Jess notices something sticking out of the package, and despite Pat telling him not to touch it, he cannot resist doing so. Suddenly, a bouncy castle bursts out of the box and squashes all three of them into the wall.
Meanwhile at the school, it is the day of the end of term party, but the kids are getting impatient for the bouncy castle Lauren ordered for them. Using his leaf blower, Ted decides to makes piles of leaf for the children to jump in while they are waiting.
Back at the sorting office, Pat, Ben and Jess have managed to free themselves. Now that they know what the special delivery is, Ben finds out who it is for. Of course, now that the bouncy castle is out of its box, the next big question is how to fit it into the van.

Goofs[]
- Ben should have known if his own wife had ordered a special delivery for the school.
- When Pat arrives at the sorting office, PAT 3 has been digitally added into the shot even though it was absent in the previous one.
- When P.C. Selby arrives at the school, Charlie can be heard saying "Hey, look. P.C. Selby." but he is nowhere to be seen.
- When Pat, P.C. Selby and Ben are trying to force the bouncy castle into the back of PAT 4, PAT 1 has vanished.
- Pat should have used PAT 2 to transport the bouncy castle as it has more room.
- When Jess is on the bouncy castle, some of the plasters can already be seen before it gets damaged.
- Pat clearly has been digitally added into the shots where he asks Michael if he has anymore plasters left. In this same shot we should be seeing the school behind Pat, but the Green seems to be on both sides of Michael's van.
- Lizzy says "Pat, Pat" without moving her lips.
- The children should have taken their shoes off whilst they were on the bouncy castle.
- In some shots after the castle has been blown up again, some of the plasters are starting to peel off.
