Miss Hubbard's Cottage, (known as Southlands Farm Cottage) is located out in the countryside near Greendale.
Description[]
Located on the grounds of Southlands Farm, it is a moderately sized house which has two stories. The front of the cottage is guarded by a stone fence and has a medium-to-small sized front garden. The cottage also has a garden where Miss Hubbard does her gardening and laundry.
Inside the cottage is a study room where Miss Hubbard writes letters and does her work.

- Miss Hubbard's desk in her study was previously used as Mr Willmake's in "Bertha".
- A cropped version of Northern River Scene by L.S. Lowry, originally painted in 1939, and a painting of The Fish Pot by Mary Fedden, originally painted in 1982, are used as a background paintings in Miss Hubbard's Cottage in the second series.
