Pencaster is one of the neighbouring towns to Greendale and Ingledale. The trains of the Greendale Light Railway terminate here at the Pencaster Station. The town is well known for its market place, situated near the harbour and outside the town hall. This is where Ted Glen opened up his garage and it is also best known for its sorting office where all the mail for Greendale is distributed.
