The Pencaster Sorting Office is the main hub for most Special Delivery Service deliveries.
Description[]
It is where Ben Taylor organises the post for Greendale and Pencaster and where he houses Pat's vehicles for the special deliveries. The building has a heli-pad for PAT 3 or PAT 9 with a lift leading up from the outside direct to the helicopter's cockpit. The entrances in the building also all have cat flaps for Jess to enter.
Inside the sorting office, letters and parcels are moving about non stop on a conveyer belt being sorted for delivering and Ben keeps track of all the special deliveries on his computer.
