Plot[]
Everyone in Greendale is helping organising a surprise birthday party at Ted's Mill for Pat. The preparations are underway with kids, adults and even Ted's machines helping out. But all the while Pat thinks his friends and family have forgotten his special day. Will everything go to plan and be ready in time for the big surprise?

Goofs[]
- In the first shot, PAT 1 is missing its rear number plate.
- When Pat comes round the corner towards the surgery, Jess is not in the van.
- PC Selby's party hat disappears and reappears in some scenes.
- When Pat arrives at Ted's mill, the yellow party hat for Jess isn't on the table. Then when Amy walks over to Pat and Jess, the yellow party hat is suddenly there on that table.
- After Amy removes Pat's hat to give him a party hat, she puts his post hat in his hand. In the next scene, his hat is gone for the rest of the episode.
- When Amy is seen putting the party hats into her rucksack, the zipper on her jacket moves by itself.
- When Katy hands Dorothy a bunch of balloons, her party hat is gone.
- When the robots are ruining the party, Sara and Amy are not seen.
- While the robots are messing up the party, Doctor Gilbertson's party hat disappears. However it is possible the robots made it come off her offscreen, just as they did with some of the other party guests onscreen.
- When the robots throw the food on the ground, PAT 1 is missing.
- When Ted and Mrs. Goggins arrive back with Pat's birthday cake, Mrs. Pottage is smiling even though the robots have made a mess.
- In a close up of Pat, he only has one eye brow.
