- When Pat meets up with Alf at the level crossing, PAT 1's rear number plate is missing. It happens again when P.C. Selby agrees with Bill's idea about the missing cat posters.
- Nikhil doesn't move his lips when he is crying.
- In a close-up of the Greendale Rocket's wheels, the train is going backwards even though it was going fowards in the previous shot.
- At various points, P.C. Selby's moustache keeps on suddenly becoming more bushy.
- The missing cat posters are written in gibberish.
- Alf calls for Mabel with a cockney accent when he’s searching for her at the level crossing.
- Pat's voice sounds muffled when he says "Hello, Ajay." in the tunnel and his lips do not move.
- Pat's voice does not sound northern when he says "Right-oh!".
