Summary[]

P.C. Selby is searching for a stray dog and Pat and Ted are giving Mrs. Goggins a surprise hot air balloon ride. Meanwhile, Mr. Pringle's class are looking for animals in the snow.

Goofs[]

  • BBC iPlayer labels this episode as "Postman Pat and the Big Red Balloon" even though the hot air balloon is actually red and yellow striped with a blue patch in one spot.
  • In the classroom scene, the children say "Yes, Mr. Pringle." without moving their lips.
  • When Pat tells Mrs. Goggins he has a surprise for her, a light suddenly disappears from the reflection on the Post Office window.
  • The green screen effect can be seen reflecting off Pat and Mrs. Goggins whey they are flying up in the balloon.
  • As the balloon starts to decend, some of the children have different voices.
  • Bonnie surely should not have collar if she is a stray before Mrs. Goggins adopts her.
