Sam Waldron is a mobile shop owner, and a close friend of Pat.
Biography
Sam Waldron is a young man who is 28 years of age. He hails from Pencaster, operating a mobile shop business that operates between his hometown and Greendale.
He is one of Pat's good friends. When Pat once hurt his hand and was unable to drive, Sam drove him everywhere, and they helped each other with their deliveries. In his spare time, he likes going to the races.
He had once got into a road accident because of the robotic postman, which left his van damaged.
Personality
A town man with town ways, he could never live in Greendale. He is always on time for everyone around Greendale, offering the locals countless items that he sells from his catalogue. He is quick, knowing and something of a fixer.
Job
He is a mobile shop owner that visits Greendale two or three times a week driving his blue mobile shop van, selling items to Greendale's locals.
Attire
He is smartly dressed. In the series, Sam usually wears a pork pie hat, white shirt with a red necktie, checkered suit, brown trousers and shoes. When he goes to work, Sam's only uniform during his job is a white apron, which he always wore over his clothes. He has a toothbrush moustache.
In Series 3, he no longer wears his signature pork pie hat. His outfit has been drastically changed; the white shirt inside his brown suit has become a fuzzy white sweater and the suit has been changed into a casual long-sleeve shirt, but still retains his brown trousers and shoes from his original outfit.
Sometime after the production of Series 3, he gained a grey woolly ushanka-like hat on his head.
