Stuart Trotter is a British illustrator, writer and publisher. He is best known for being the current illustrator and writer of Rupert Bear since 2008. He has also illustrated books for Winnie-the-Pooh, Thomas the Tank Engine, and Kipper.
He illustrated several Postman Pat books, usually books published by Hodder Children's Books.
