I just relook at these photos of Postman Pat's post van from the Children's party at the Palace and I just notice that this van is the one that was used in the early Postman Pat live stage shows, like Postman Pat's ADVENTURES to Postman Pat's happy days.
This must have been reused for the show at the Palace.
The crown and the E.R were repainted on to the van
